» Misplaced/Lost Card

NB* This process only works if you had used the card at least once in checking your result and updated your bio-data mobile number section.

PS: You can use your previous session card to login and obtain the current lost PIN on the assumption it has been used at least once on the result portal.

In cases where the error message states the PIN has been used by someone else, contact admin and send the details below:

» Omission of student name

Inform your form teacher of the omission, so your details and scores could be forwarded through the appropriate channel. Then check back later.

» Results' not been processed

Results collation and processing might still be on-going, check the newsreel to know when its ready.
